At Herbelexa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in creating and delivering high-quality herbal products. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Your return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Products without original packaging
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Personalized or discounted items (unless damaged)
🔁 How to Request a Return
Log in to your Herbelexa account.
Go to “My Orders” and select the product you wish to return.
Click on “Request Return” and follow the instructions.
Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping address if approved.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchange Option
In case of receiving the wrong or damaged item, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement instead of a refund (based on your preference and availability).
